Sourcesthe portals we copy, and what each one keeps

Every figure on this site comes from a government portal, named here. The column that matters is the last one: almost none of these keep their own history, which is the entire reason this archive exists.

Portal's own historyNo archive. Today's figure replaces yesterday's, and the previous value is not recoverable from the portal.
What we takeDistrict court establishments across all states and union territories. District-level aggregates only — we do not collect case-level records.
We have been recording since21 August 2026 (4 days)

We do not alter what we copy. Pages are stored byte for byte and numbers are extracted afterwards, in a separate pass that can be re-run. Every figure on the site names the stored file it came from.

We are not affiliated with any of these bodies, and nothing here is an official publication. Where our total differs from a portal's own, we say so on the page.
